These priorities support Kestria’s ambition to deepen cooperation between its member firms and better serve clients operating internationally.
The Board reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the growth of every Kestria firm, strengthening connections across the alliance and advancing its executive search and leadership advisory capabilities. This approach ensures Kestria remains a global organisation that people actively want to belong to. A strong emphasis was placed on collaboration, shared initiatives and unlocking further value through collective expertise.
Looking ahead, the Board also discussed preparations for the 2026 Kestria Global Conference in Singapore. The event is expected to welcome strong participation from firms in more than 40 countries and will provide an important platform for strategic dialogue, knowledge sharing and further strengthening relationships across the alliance.
